- Damaged or Defective Items:If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 working days after the date of delivery to initiate a refund or exchange.
- Incorrect Orders:If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 7 working days after the date of delivery for a correct replacement or a full refund.
